Our lovingly furnished holiday home in Brittany is situated in a quiet, open location on the southern outskirts of Plozévet – only about 800 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. The nearest beach is within easy walking distance and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and relaxing by the sea.
With a living space of approx. 120 m² the house offers enough space for up to 6-7 persons – ideal for families, couples or holidays with friends. In total, the house has four rooms, including three bedrooms,a cosy living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The holiday home is detached and south-facing. It is located on a spacious, approx. 2000 m² plot with a well-kept garden – ideal for children or four-legged friends. Speaking of which: dogs are very welcome here!We charge a flat rate of €10/day per dog.
Please note: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.You are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace or in the garden. The minimum stay is 6 nightswith saturday as the changeover day (arrival and departure).

Our holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people. An additional sofa bed is available upon request.
▶ How far away is the nearest beach?
The beach is only about 800 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Perfect for daily walks and swimming trips.
▶ Are dogs allowed in the holiday home?
Yes! Dogs are very welcome here. We charge €10 per day and offer a large, fenced property.
▶ What are the prices for 2026?
Weekly rates vary between €980 and €1,995 depending on the season. Gas, water, and internet access are included in the total price. Electricity costs, which are based on consumption, will be billed upon return of the keys at the end of your stay.
▶ Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning costs €120. At the end of the rental period, the tenant must vacate the property and return it to the landlord in a clean and tidy condition, handing over the key.
▶ How does the booking process work?
Simply contact us by email or phone. We'll discuss all the details personally and send you a written booking confirmation.
▶ Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival.
▶ Can I book at short notice?
Generally, yes – if available. Just write to us or give us a call. Short-notice bookings are possible.
▶ Which arrival and departure days are possible?
Our standard changeover day is Saturday. The minimum stay is 6 nights.
▶ Are there special offers for longer stays?
For longer bookings or stays outside of peak season, we offer individual rates upon request.
